Kim Langley

Kim has been bringing zeal for building skills in emotional intelligence to her workplace presentations for over 15 years. A full time professional trainer and keynote speaker, she gives 100-150 workshops annually to clients including the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Clinic, and past participants in seminars have included Charles Schwab, Moen, Lamsen and Sessions, University Hospitals, and other satisfied clients.

Never afraid of a challenge, her desire is to design trainings that make people want to get up and go to work on Monday morning! Kim is passionate about helping people to increase their personal and professional satisfaction by enlarging their skill sets in gender and generational differences, conflict management, working with emotional intelligence, dealing with difficult conversations, and contributing to optimism, creativity, and stress reduction in workplaces everywhere.
