The Respectful Workplace program uses “respect” as a platform for understanding the broader concept of diversity. You’ll establish a common language that motivates your employees and moves your organization forward to embrace a more respectful workplace. You’ll create real, positive change in this important and dynamic area.

This highly engaging, four-hour program provides the structured environment and content to build diversity awareness and skills within your organization.

During this interactive and thought-provoking process, participants will:

• Define what a respectful workplace looks within their organization
• Gain an understanding of the right attitudes to contribute to a respectful workplace
• Learn the skills necessary to succeed a diverse workplace and marketplace
• Incorporate respect for self and others as a corporate value
