The Increasing Respect in the Workplace program is a unique process that applies the foundational principles of Increasing Human Effectiveness® to the specific workplace issues that arise from diversity in opinions, thoughts, lifestyles, values and cultures. This dynamic process integrates four major themes -  Awareness, Behavior, Respect and Change - into a coherent and thought-provoking experience where participants explore the benefits of respectful behaviors in their personal and professional lives.

Increasing Respect in the Workplace expands awareness of global trends and demographic changes upon today's workplace. It also discusses the impact of group identity and mental processes on behavior, explains attitude formation and attitude change, and considers the role of self-esteem in workplace relationships.

IRW helps participants define what respect really means to them individually, as well as what it means to the organization, and promotes communication and conflict resolution skills that foster a productive workplace community. Increasing Respect in the Workplace is a totally new experience in personal development!

The two-day Increasing Respect in the Workplace® curriculum consists of facilitated video modules, open discussions, small group activities and reflective writing exercises.
