In a previous post, we made you aware that Santa Fe, New Mexico had introduced a resolution to prevent workplace abuse. Late last month that resolution officially passed, making Santa Fe the first city in the nation to approve such a bill.

According to the council:

The central tenet of this resolution is that workplace abuse cannot coexist in a workplace culture that actively practices respect and value of all employees.
