This is the 100th post on our blog.  So, I thought it was time to take a look back at some of our previous posts from the last two years. I realize that many of you are loyal readers who have been with us from the start and we thank you for that! I also know that there are quite a few new readers out there, who have recently found us and may have missed some of our past content.

For the entire month of July, we’ll be revisiting some of these posts, which I’ve grouped together by theme. I’m not a brain scientist, but I’ve been thinking about mirror neurons after seeing a wonderful video on them. These specialized brain cells help us relate to our surroundings and other people. Mirror cells build empathy and connection. They are activated every time we see or hear.
