I would add that being wrong can actually be very valuable.  If it&#039;s a skill or technique issue, being wrong can indicate that you have pushed your own envelope and therefore have the opportunity to learn from it and move past.

In biology, genes make mistakes in replication and we get new character traits that may (or may not!) improve an organism&#039;s effectiveness.

In music, Charlie Parker plays a wrong note, finds an intriguing affect as a result and devises a way to utilize it again, on purpose and in context.  Bebop is born.</description>
